Online fees payment guidelines

 

 

 

For payment of fees :

 

Click on “ONLINE | FEE PAY  PARK KG SCHOOL”

 

Click Check Box and click on Proceed

 

Select payment category as -

 

“ADMISSION FEES” from the drop down menu for New/Readmissions.

“FEES-OCT2023-MAR2023” from the drop down menu for payment of Tuition Fee for the period Oct’23-Mar’24.

or (OCT2020-MAR2021)” from the drop down menu for payment of tuition fee.

Enter Admission Number of your ward, click on “Fetch Payment Details”.

 

Details of your ward will appear on the screen. Verify it. If any data is wrong, DO NOT make payment. Contact school immediately.

 

Input name, date of birth and phone number of the person making payment or as convenient to the payer and must remember it to take print out of payment receipt on a later date. Enter the text shown in the image and click on “Submit”.

 

Once again the details of your ward & total payable amount will appear on the screen. Verify it. Click on “Confirm”.

 

Select the payment option (Debit card/Credit Card/Internet Banking) and pay accordingly.

 

In case, if you want to pay by cash, Print challan by clicking on “SBI BRANCH” option and pay in cash at any branch of SBI. Receipt will be given by Bank.

 

If payment made using other than SBI BRANCH option, then click on “Click here to view/download the e-Receipt” to print or save payment receipt, if necessary.

 

To reprint fees receipt :

 

Click on “ONLINE | FEE PAY  PARK KG SCHOOL”

Click Check Box and click on Proceed.

Click on “State Bank Collect” (at upper left corner of the page under SBI logo)

and select “Reprint Remittance Form” from drop down menu.

Fill up all mandatory fields and click on “Go”.

 

Fees Schedule

Admission Fee & other fees + 6 months (April-September) Tuition Fee - At the time of Admission (Late Admission fee will be imposed if not paid within the scheduled period)

6 months (October-March) Tuition Fee - 1-15 October     - without late fee

                                                        - 16-31 October   - with late fee of Rs.50/-

                                                        - 1-30 November - with late fee of Rs.100/-

Students will not be allowed to attend classes if tuition fee is not paid by 15 November.
